WRP Timber Mouldings, producer of high quality Timber Mouldings, have been growing rapidly and over the past 10 years, though established longer, in Newport, Saffron Walden. We have had great success in modern online sales through our bespoke website.
You will be working as part of a team and unsupervised. This role is not only a physical role; it is also one of the most important roles as you are gathering what our customers will receive from us. You will be responsible for selecting stock for orders, wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch and general workshop tidiness, initially gaining knowledge of our company from there. You will progress into helping customers over the phone, updating our stock system when required, helping to organise logistics and other varied tasks.
This is an ever-changing field, so there is always something new to learn and as we are an expanding company more opportunities will arise as we grow.
What are we looking for?
- A reliable person.
- Must have good mathematical skills.
- Must have very good attention to detail.
- Must have previous experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8am to 1:30pm.
- Must have experience in customer service.
